Soundbath

A one-hour restorative soundbath with Himalayan bowls, gong, crystal bowls, chimes and shakers at St Georges Church, Badshot Lea.

Rachel Burr leads a relaxing, restorative soundbath in which participants are bathed in sound from Himalayan bowls, a gong, crystal bowls, chimes and shakers. The hour-long session aims to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress and improve sleep, with mats, blankets and pillows provided; chairs are available for those unable to lie down. Spaces are limited, and the organiser notes contraindications such as first-trimester pregnancy, epilepsy and certain health conditions, asking attendees to make contact beforehand.
