Ceramics: surface printing on clay

A six-week evening course explores silk-screen and other printing methods for decorating clay slabs and tiles.

Participants prepare slabs and tiles, use simple forms and experiment with imagery through surface-printing, stencil, graffito, slips, oxides and glaze. The course also introduces layered finishes such as on-glaze enamels, lustres and transfers. Six Monday evenings run 15 February to 22 March 2027 at Keeley Street.
