About
A new projection artwork by leo&hyde transforming Lancaster Castle into a summer sandcastle as a playful reflection on the fleetingness of life.
Sandcastle is a new projection piece created by leo&hyde in collaboration with "2099 will be fine :)" for Light Up Lancaster. The work dresses the winter castle as a summer sandcastle, accompanied by a soundtrack, and offers a simple allegory: even if nothing we build lasts forever, building it should still be fun. It runs each evening of the festival from 5pm to 10pm at Lancaster Castle.
