A new exhibition at Torquay Museum celebrating the Dartmoor Hill Pony, co-created with the Dartmoor Hill Pony Association and the Friends of the Dartmoor Hill Pony.
This temporary exhibition celebrates the Dartmoor Hill Pony, known as Hillies, which is separate from the registered Dartmoor Pony breed and is the last truly semi-wild pony population in England. It was co-created with the Dartmoor Hill Pony Association and the Friends of the Dartmoor Hill Pony. The exhibition runs at Torquay Museum from 24 October 2026 to 28 February 2027.
