Clay Workshop: Tree-stump planter

Artist Phil Stearn leads a hand-building workshop to make a clay planter shaped and decorated like a tree stump.

The beginner ceramics session uses hand-building techniques and woodland-inspired embellishments. All materials are provided, and the finished pot is fired and glazed for later collection, usually after about two weeks.
