John Devitt Christmas Cards

A pen and wash workshop with artist John Devitt making a set of hand-painted seasonal greeting cards using pen, ink and watercolour.

Artist John Devitt leads a one-day workshop in pen and wash card-making, teaching pen and ink techniques combined with watercolours to produce cards in abstract, naive and graphic styles. Participants aim to complete at least ten unique cards, which can be embellished with Christmas sparkle and personalised with any greeting. Devitt brings examples of his own cards and pictures to inspire the group and offers guidance throughout the day.
