The Stirling Ghostwalk is a guided tour of Stirling's historic Old Town, departing from the gates of the Old Town Jail on St John Street. Actors in the guise of the town's spooks lead the walk, blending drama, comedy and storytelling, with characters such as Jock Rankin, Blind Alick Lyon, Auld Staney Breeks and the Green Lady. The tour takes around 75 minutes, depending on audience size, and is billed as fun for all ages. It runs at 8.30pm Tuesday to Saturdays in July and August, and at 8pm on Friday and Saturday evenings for the rest of the year.
