About
A panel discussion with local farmers and growers who produce festive-season staples such as turkeys, Brussels sprouts and Christmas trees. Speakers including David Hawes, Andy Dibben and chair Christopher Horne will discuss the advantages, drawbacks and commercial opportunities of short, intense seasonal production windows, from concentrated demand and narrow harvest periods to labour, logistics and year-round business resilience. Mulled wine and mince pies will be served, with the chance to place orders with the farmers and growers ahead of Christmas.
