Healing Heritage: Children’s Workshop

Families explore how people used plants for healing and protection through hands-on activities linked to Oakwell Hall’s history and traditional herbal folklore.

The 28 October family workshop uses gentle hands-on activities to explore traditional herbal uses and folklore connected to the site’s history. Two sessions are listed, 11:00–12:00 and 13:00–14:00. Children must be accompanied by an adult; the listing notes herb handling and asks families to consider possible allergies.
