Global Perspectives and Islamic calligraphy

This exhibition explores creativity across cultures and generations through contemporary film and the enduring tradition of Islamic calligraphy.

The exhibition is divided into two complementary displays: Global Perspectives and Islamic Calligraphy. The Global Perspectives section features a rotating programme of short films from the Art Jameel collection, exploring themes like migration and urban transformation. The Islamic Calligraphy section showcases works reflecting both historic traditions and contemporary interpretations, using various materials and techniques.
