Christmas Biscuit and Treat Baking by Pink Lane Bakery

A hands-on festive baking evening at Pink Lane Bakery's Gosforth workshop, making ricciarelli, shortbread and chocolate truffles to take home.

This two-hour evening class with Pink Lane Bakery's head pastry chef teaches participants to make traditional ricciarelli, buttery shortbread and rich chocolate truffles, covering both the techniques behind each recipe and how to present the finished treats. It takes place in the bakery's fully equipped training workshop in Baker's Yard, near Gosforth High Street, with tea, coffee and light refreshments provided. Attendees take home everything they make along with the recipes.
