Lauren Saunders-Love: Discards

An exhibition of new work by Lauren Saunders-Love made from waste plastic generated through 3D printing.

Discards brings together drawing, printmaking and sculpture created from waste plastic produced during 3D printing. The exhibition explores the relationship between the human and non-human through materials shaped by human design and machine production, transforming plastic destined for disposal into new artistic forms. Saunders-Love also draws connections between the disposal of materials and the marginalisation of neurodivergent people, questioning how we determine value, usefulness and purpose.
