Festive Tea Time Favours Workshop (Wembley)

A festive afternoon tea baking class makes clementine and champagne posset, sultana and almond biscotti, and sausage rolls.

Practise three different preparations: laminated pastry for festive sausage rolls, twice-baked dough for biscotti, and a simple dessert in the form of clementine and champagne posset. The recipes are presented as small treats for afternoon tea.
