Festive Tea Time Favours Masterclass

Practise laminated pastry, twice-baked biscuits and desserts through festive sausage rolls, almond biscotti and clementine-and-champagne posset.

The workshop welcomes bakers of all experience levels. Participants must be at least 12, and anyone under 18 must attend with a paying adult. Recipes cannot be adapted through ingredient substitutions; ask the school about allergens before booking.
