Wincanton Community Drop-In

Wessex Water staff hold a drop-in session at Wincanton Library where customers can ask questions and get help with billing and other queries.

Wessex Water runs community drop-in sessions at libraries and community venues across its region, giving customers a chance to speak to the company face to face. At the Wincanton sessions, people can raise billing enquiries — bringing a recent bill or customer number is recommended — and ask about any other water-related queries. The drop-in runs from 10am to 12pm on each listed date.
