Glastonbury Community Drop-In

Wessex Water advisers hold a drop-in session at Glastonbury Library where customers can ask about bills, support, water saving and drainage.

Wessex Water's Community Drop-In sessions take place at locations across its water supply and wastewater area, with a Customer Adviser on hand as a point of contact for the local community. At the Glastonbury sessions, held from 10am to 12pm, advisers can answer questions about bills, refer customers for support if they are struggling to pay, and give advice on saving water, avoiding blockages, water quality, plumbing and drainage. No booking is needed — just turn up on the day, though a dedicated time slot can be arranged by email.
