Community Drop-In – Shepton Mallet

Wessex Water staff hold a drop-in session at Shepton Mallet Library where customers can ask questions or discuss billing and other queries.

Wessex Water runs community drop-in sessions at libraries and community venues across its region, giving customers a chance to speak to staff in person. At the Shepton Mallet sessions, people can raise queries about their water service, with billing enquiries helped by bringing a recent bill or customer number. Sessions run from 10am to 12pm on the published dates, and adjustments can be requested in advance by email.
