Reimaginings at the Museum of East Asian Art

An exhibition of new and existing sculptures by artist Hannah Lim, created in response to and displayed alongside the Museum of East Asian Art's collection.

Artist Hannah Lim was invited to visit the Museum of East Asian Art to create work in direct response to its collection. The resulting exhibition mixes new and existing artwork displayed alongside objects from the museum, co-curated and reimagined by Lim. Drawing on her London upbringing and mixed Singaporean and British heritage, Lim uses polymer clay, wood and metal to make playful sculptures exploring mythology, history and personal reflections on identity.
