About
A drop-in half-term craft activity at the Museum of East Asian Art where visitors create Yayoi Kusama-inspired polka dot pumpkin artwork.
This Halloween half-term drop-in activity invites visitors to make their own pumpkin artwork inspired by Yayoi Kusama, using templates provided by the museum and decorating them with polka dots. Pumpkins are among the most recognisable motifs in Kusama's paintings, prints and sculptures, and the event doubles as a celebration of her life and career following her death in August 2026. The activity runs in the museum galleries during opening hours across the half-term dates.
