Yin Yoga and sound bath

A slow Yin yoga practice leads into a sound bath and guided meditation at the Learning Hub & Yard.

The session begins with seated or lying Yin poses, then builds a soundscape with gongs, Koshi chimes and Tibetan singing bowls before a guided meditation. The page says participants may remain seated for the sound bath instead of joining the stretches.
