Repair Cafe Swansea Repair Space

A free volunteer-run repair cafe where people bring broken items to be fixed, with tea, coffee and a chance to learn repair skills.

Volunteer repairers attempt to fix broken or damaged items brought in by the public, free of charge, while visitors enjoy tea or coffee and chat with neighbours. Typical repairs include basic bicycle maintenance, electrical appliance repair, computing assistance, sewing, ornament repair and woodworking, though most items are considered except microwaves, which are too dangerous. Repairers are happy to show visitors how fixes are done, and additional volunteer fixers are welcome to come along.
