Princxss & Jester Hat Workshop

A medieval-themed craft workshop where participants make princxss or jester hats from upcycled materials, hosted by sewist Sxc Scraps at QueerSwap Studio.

Sxc Scraps hosts a two-hour medieval-themed hat-making workshop where attendees craft either a princxss or jester hat in whatever style they choose, from spooky and gothic to frilly. All trims, ribbons and materials are provided, with participants encouraged to bring second-hand trinkets or broken jewellery to embellish their creations. The session welcomes all skill levels, and the host's mission is saving textile waste from landfill through crafty upcycling of second-hand materials. The venue is wheelchair accessible with tea and coffee available; the event is for ages 18+.
