Fascinator and Hat Workshop

A make-do-and-mend hat and fascinator remodelling workshop with Karen Harvey of Reinvintaged.

Participants can restyle a hat they bring or work with materials supplied, including headbands, trimmings and decorations. The workshop is aimed at people preparing for a special event and runs for ninety minutes.
