Show of Hands co-founder Steve Knightley brings his folk noir songwriting to Komedia Brighton with the Winter Yards Band, supported by Megan Henwood.

Steve Knightley, best known as co-founder of Show of Hands, returns in Autumn 2026 with the Winter Yards Band, blending poetic songwriting with a cinematic acoustic sound described as folk noir. The band features David Delarre on guitar, John Parker on double bass and Evan Carson on percussion, performing songs from the Winter Yards album alongside new material about landscape, community and a changing world. Megan Henwood opens with her nu-folk material. The show takes place in the Komedia Basement with unreserved seating, ages 14 and over.
