Make a Mini Scarecrow

Children can make their own miniature spooky scarecrow from pre-cut or recycled materials at Walmer Castle during half term.

This hands-on family activity invites children to create a miniature spooky scarecrow, choosing from pre-cut elements or building from scratch using recycled materials and decorations. Sessions run from 11am to 2pm on Tuesday 27 and Thursday 29 October 2026. Participation costs £2 per child, with a limit of one adult per child due to space constraints, and a valid membership or visit ticket is also needed.
