Danceathon for SWEDA

A 10-hour Danceathon at Frome Memorial Theatre's Assembly Rooms raising funds for local mental health charity SWEDA, open to all ages and abilities.

This fundraising dance event runs for 10 hours at the Assembly Rooms, with sessions covering styles from Afro to Zumba plus a Silent Disco and accessible sessions. Local groups including Mojo Moves and Frome FM DJ Jennifer Grooves take part. Participants can book individual one-hour sessions or take on the full 10-hour challenge as a team of four or more, and are encouraged to fundraise for SWEDA, which supports local people affected by eating disorders and body image concerns.
