Biodanza Frome November

A playful Biodanza dance class for adults using music and movement for wellbeing, with no choreography to learn.

Biodanza Frome is a 90-minute dance session for adults aged 18 and over, open to all fitness levels. The class combines energetic rhythmic dances with slow, flowing relaxation exercises, set to a mix of Brazilian and world music including tribal drums, jazz, Latin beats, samba and classical melodies. There is no choreography or set of steps to learn; participants are gently guided to move freely and naturally, usually barefoot or in soft shoes, in a welcoming space.
