Bereaved Carers Group

A face-to-face support group for bereaved carers, offering a safe space to talk, share or just listen about grief and loss.

This monthly group at Enfield Carers Centre supports carers who have lost the person they cared for. Sessions consider the Stages of Grief and provide a safe, supportive space where attendees can talk, share experiences or simply listen, recognising that there is no correct way to grieve. The group meets face to face, usually on the second Tuesday of each month, and places are arranged by booking through the centre.
