Evening Carers Support Group

An evening support group for working carers, with a Carers Essentials talk, advice and refreshments.

This evening session is aimed at working carers or those unable to attend daytime meetings. Attendees can hear one of the centre's Carers Essentials talks, speak with a team member and get advice and information about local services, with light refreshments provided. Topics covered across the group's sessions include carers services, assessments, advocacy, safeguarding, mindfulness and wellbeing; the group usually meets on the last Tuesday of the month.
