Ecstatic Dance Hertfordshire

A monthly afternoon of ceremonial cacao, ecstatic dance and sound healing at Ashley Green Memorial Hall.

This monthly gathering in Ashley Green combines a ceremonial cacao ceremony, an ecstatic dance session and a sound bath over two and a half hours. The cacao used is fairly traded from indigenous communities in Guatemala and Ecuador, and is described as opening the heart and encouraging connection. The event is for ages 18 and over, with free parking on site.
