Sarsen Ecstatic Dance, Autumn Release

A conscious, free-form dance and community journey featuring embodied movement, sound bath, and ceremonial cacao.

This event is a drug-and-alcohol-free celebration focused on free-form dance and community connection. The journey begins with an opening circle and ceremonial cacao, followed by a movement practice guided by Katie. David then leads the ecstatic dance session, which concludes with a sound bath, guided relaxation, and healthy snacks.
