Ecstatic Dance Whitstable

A ticketed ecstatic dance evening with tea, breathwork, a live DJ set and a closing crystal bowl sound bath at the Umbrella Centre.

Ecstatic Dance Whitstable offers free-form movement in a chat-free, judgment-free space, blending club culture with active meditation. The evening opens with Siberian ginseng tea, intention-setting and a short meditation and warm-up, followed by a DJ-led musical journey across a range of tempos with a full sound system, colourful lighting, incense and candles. A crystal bowl sound bath and optional tea close the session. The event is drug-, smoke- and alcohol-free, with no talking, phones, photos or spectating during the main dance, and no experience required.
