About

Three short-film fund premieres followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers.

Three 2026 UK short films are billed as world premieres: The Goyfriend (17 minutes, directed by Ashley Margolis), King of the Jews (7 minutes, directed by Katie Lambert), and Carry with Both Hands (15 minutes, directed by Tim Rogg). The festival identifies the first two as Pears Short Film Fund 2026 winners and the third as a Changing Perspectives Film Fund 2026 winner. A filmmakers’ Q&A follows; the page does not name its participants.
