St Mary’s Music School Taster Morning

A free interactive taster morning at St Mary's Music School for young orchestral instrumentalists in P4–S2, with classes, performances and a taste of school life.

St Mary's Music School hosts an interactive instrumental taster morning for young musicians from P4 to S2 who have been playing an orchestral instrument and having formal lessons for at least a year. Participants join a creative improvisation class and a performance class, work alongside the school's staff and pupils, and hear performances from current pupils. Parents are invited to stay for the first part of the morning to learn about the school's specialist music education. Registration opens at 9.15am for a 9.30am start, finishing at 1pm.
