Christmas Bows

A three-hour beginner-friendly sewing workshop making padded fabric Christmas bows in a range of sizes at Blue House Fabrics.

This hands-on workshop at Blue House Fabrics teaches participants to make padded fabric bows suitable for complete beginners upwards. Attendees make as many bows as time allows in a range of sizes and patterns, each padded for a luxurious feel and finished with a brass ring for hanging — ideal for doors, Christmas trees or cards, and adaptable to non-Christmas uses such as wedding or party chair decorations. Materials provided include padding, brass rings, sewing tools and threads, plus refreshments; participants bring their own fabric (about half a metre) and are encouraged to bring a sewing machine, with machines available to hire for £5.
