Hand Embroidery: Christmas Decorations

A half-day Christmas embroidery workshop with artist Louise Goult, making a hand-embroidered decoration in a 3-inch hoop.

Artist Louise Goult leads a three-hour workshop in which participants create their own hand-embroidered Christmas decoration in a 3-inch hoop, ready to hang on a tree or wall or to give as a gift. A chosen design is transferred to fabric — no drawing confidence needed — and then stitched using a wide range of threads. The session is suitable for beginners as well as those with some embroidery experience, and is open to ages 16 and over.
