An independent practitioner hosts a sound bath in the historic Guildhall at Bewdley Museum, using crystal singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments. Participants are invited to slow down and enjoy an hour of relaxation and reflection in the heritage setting. Yoga mats and pillows are provided, and attendees are asked to bring a blanket and anything else for comfort.
