Sound Bath

An hour-long gong bath of sound healing with gongs and crystal singing bowls in Samlesbury Hall's historic Long Gallery, hosted by Nature's Wheel Holistics.

Nature's Wheel Holistics hosts an immersive gong bath in the 16th-century Long Gallery, blending gong vibrations with crystal singing bowls and gentle spoken guidance, attuned to the current moon phase. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and warm socks to lie comfortably during the hour-long session of deep relaxation and sound healing.
