A gentle meditation and sound bath session led by Emma at Langdon Nature Discovery Park.
This session uses guided meditation and the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls to help participants slow down, reset their minds, and reconnect with themselves. It is designed to be a deeply relaxing experience where stress can melt away and energy can rebalance. Participants are advised to bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow.
