Eastbourne's New Moon Gong Bath

A one-hour new moon gong bath with gongs and crystal singing bowls at Eden Blue Centre in Eastbourne.

Benjamin of Moonwater Planet leads a restorative evening sound session timed to the new moon, blending crystal singing bowls with gong vibrations. Participants lie back as the sound waves ease tension and calm the mind, with space for reflection and setting new moon intentions. The session lasts one hour, doors open at 7.20pm, and attendees should bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow. It is open to ages 16+, with safety advisories for pacemakers, early pregnancy, sound-induced epilepsy and severe mental health conditions.
