Echo and Earth Sound Bath

Echo and Earth hosts a 60-minute sound bath at St John's Methodist Church in Whitley Bay. The session begins with a gentle guided meditation, followed by the healing vibrational sounds of a Tibetan bowl and other instruments while participants relax and drift away. Towards the end, the facilitator guides participants back with some movement, then offers grounding techniques and aftercare instructions. Attendees are asked to bring a mat, blanket, pillow and optional eye mask.
