About

A beginner singing course combining healthy vocal technique and musicianship with classical, folk, pop and musical-theatre repertoire.

Learners practise warm-ups, breathing, group songs and basic notation in a supportive setting, using classical, folk, pop and musical-theatre repertoire. The general beginner stream leads onward to Singing 2. Three winter classes are published: Wednesday daytime with Trevor Alexander, Wednesday evening with Shachar Shamai, and Friday daytime with Ruth Beckmann. Individual meeting dates are not enumerated; the stored cohort ranges retain their published start and end dates.
