Surreal Santa: Christmas Tree Decorations

A free drop-in family workshop making surrealist-inspired Christmas decorations to take home or hang on MAC's tree.

Families can drop in to the Terrace Gallery to make a surreal festive decoration, inspired by MAC's Surreal Creatures Trail and exhibitions on surrealist artists including Emmy Bridgwater and the Birmingham Surrealists and Surreal Solihull. Sessions run 10am–12pm and 1pm–3pm on a first come, first served basis while stocks last. Finished decorations can be left to adorn MAC's enormous Christmas tree or taken home. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and be able to use scissors safely.
