5Rhythms® Sweat Your Prayers® with Bettina Jespersen

A 5Rhythms Sweat Your Prayers dance session led by Bettina Jespersen at Universal Hall, Findhorn, open to everyone aged 15 and over.

This Sunday evening session offers a 5Rhythms Sweat Your Prayers dance, with doors opening at 6.45pm and everyone in the hall by 7pm. Dancing continues until around 8.25pm, ending with a closing circle, and participants are asked to dance rather than observe, with bare feet or dance shoes and no talking on the floor. The class is open to everyone aged 15 and over, with payment taken on the door or in advance online.
