Dance of Awareness Wave with Lucy Fredman

A Dance of Awareness wave session led by Lucy Fredman at Universal Hall, Findhorn, with doors opening at 6.45pm and dancing until 8.25pm.

Lucy Fredman hosts a Dance of Awareness wave — a conscious dance session open to all, run by the Sunday Dance Collective. Doors open at 6.45pm with everyone in the hall by 7pm, and dancing continues until 8.25pm, closing with a circle. Payment is requested on the door in cash, with tiered contributions of £15, £12 or £10 depending on financial circumstances. Newcomers should mention it at the door, and participants are asked to dance barefoot or in dance shoes, avoid perfumed products and stay for the closing circle where possible.
