STAR@Storyhouse

A free monthly peer bereavement support group offering a safe space to share, talk and remember with others who have experienced loss.

STAR@Storyhouse is a peer support group, Share, Talk and Remember, for people grieving a bereavement or a difficult transition in their life. Volunteers create a safe space where participants listen to and share stories and experiences with others who have also experienced loss. The group does not provide formal therapy, recognising that many people's biggest need is simply to speak to others who have gone through something similar. Sessions run monthly on Mondays from 2.30pm to 4pm in the Library Meeting Room.
