The Dean Clough LEGO Model (Permanent Exhibition)
About
A free permanent exhibition featuring a 1:40 scale LEGO model of the 22-acre Dean Clough site, built from around a million bricks, alongside Crossley Carpets era artefacts and photographs.
The LEGO Room at Dean Clough houses a permanent exhibition centred on a 1:40 scale model of the 22-acre site, built from approximately one million bricks. Construction began in 2009 by LEGO enthusiasts Michael LeCount and Tony Priestman, with the model detailed enough to show every window, fire escape and drainpipe in its correct position. The room also displays artefacts and photographs from the Crossley Carpets era and the early renovation of Dean Clough in the 1980s. Viewing is free during opening hours: weekdays 09:00–17:00 and weekends 10:00–16:00.
