EFT tapping play-shops helping Year 6 children manage worries and build confidence as they move up to secondary school, running once per half-term.

These 75-minute 'play-shops' introduce Year 6 children to EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), using tapping to release anxieties about changing schools and offering practical tools to boost confidence ahead of secondary school. Each session is described as unique, so children may attend one or several. Led by practitioner Ifalase McGowan, sessions run 9.15am–10.30am roughly once per half-term, with reduced rates for pupils of nearby local schools and subsidised places via the Women Supporting Women Fund.
