Community Drop-Ins: Bournemouth Library

Wessex Water holds drop-in sessions at Bournemouth Library where customers can speak to a Customer Adviser about bills, water saving and drainage.

Wessex Water's Community Drop-In sessions give customers the chance to speak in person with a Customer Adviser who acts as a point of contact for their local community. Advisers can answer questions about bills, refer customers for support if they are struggling to pay, offer advice on saving water and avoiding blockages, and answer questions about water quality, plumbing and drainage. No booking is needed — customers can simply turn up on the day, though dedicated time slots can be arranged by email. The Bournemouth Library sessions run from 10am to 2pm on the published dates.
