Bournemouth - Kinson Library Community Drop-In

Wessex Water holds a drop-in session at Kinson Library where customers can speak to a Customer Adviser about bills, water saving and drainage.

Wessex Water's Community Drop-In sessions give customers the chance to speak in person with a Customer Adviser who acts as a point of contact for their local community. Advisers can answer questions about bills, refer customers for support if they are struggling to pay, and offer advice on saving water, avoiding blockages, water quality, plumbing and drainage. No booking is needed — just turn up on the day, though a dedicated time slot can be arranged by email.
